About us

The club was established in 2003 with around fifteen members and in recent years has grown significantly. We now have around forty paid-up members and are entering two mixed teams and one ladies team in the 2009/10 local PBVA league. We are affiliated with the English Volleyball Association.

We enjoy the social aspects of our club as well as playing volleyball. We regularly meet as a group for BBQs, meals and nights out in Bournemouth. The main ethos of the club is to have fun and not take ourselves too seriously, so when we do actually win something it is a bonus. In 2006 we won both PBVA Division 2 and Division 3 titles in the same season, and have managed to pick up various summer trophies in our travels.

Ages range from the early twenties to the early forties. We are always looking to recruit new members and cater for all levels of ability, although unfortunately we are unable to cater for children.
