Please note there will be no training session next Monday (February 15th) because Oakmead is closed for half term. Back to normal the week after (from the 22nd).

September 07, 2009 Training Resumes

The first training session of the new season is tonight at Oakmead.

September 03, 2009 Beach Tonight

Please note somebody will be at Sandbanks beach tonight in case anybody fancies there. It's a nice evening, there might not be any left!

September 01, 2009 No Practice Tonight

Please note there will be no practice tonight at David English. The Summer training sessions are now over. Regular training will commence from next Monday 7th September at Oakmead College of Technology. See training page for more details.

A Monkeys team competed in the Gloucester Festival of Volleyball this past weekend, and won a few games.

At Bath the previous weekend, two Monkeys teams entered the Whitefield tournament, with the Men's team just missing out on the plate final.

Two Monkeys teams braved the ludicrous weather to compete in the Sandbanks Beach Volleyball Festival.

The Spike Monkeys squad had an enjoyable weekend at the Salisbury Tournament this past weekend, despite soaring temperatures, ridiculous wind and a consistently high standard of opposition. Report.

June 21, 2009 Repeat Success at Coaver

In our first tournament appearance of the summer, the Spike Monkeys emerged victorious from the Bowl competition at the Coaver Open at Exeter, managing to repeat last year's success in the same tournament. We think this the first time we have successfully defended anything, so congratulations to all involved. Report
